No. aidafi POS runs in a web browser on a laptop or tablet, and customers pay on their own phone by scanning a QR code or opening a pay link.

Only when our payment provider confirms it to aidafi's servers. Opening a pay page or a browser redirect never marks a sale as paid.

Payouts go to the payout destination you set up during verification. The Settlements page shows your available and pending balance and each payout.

Monthly plans: Solo €15, Team €39 or Business €59. Card payments have one all-in rate that includes card processing: 1.49% in person (1.29% in Denmark). 1.90% online. In-person card payments are taken with Tap to Pay on Android, coming soon, or by QR code or pay link on the customer's phone. No fixed fee per payment and 0% on cash. Card, QR and split payments need a connection. If the connection drops, aidafi POS can record cash sales on the device and sends each one to your account exactly once when you're back online. Open the POS once while online first.

Yes. On a computer or Android, use Install app on the dashboard or POS (or your browser's install option). On iPhone or iPad, open aidafi in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

Card payments and payouts stay paused until the requirements are met, the missing items are listed on Merchant Status, and cash sales keep working. More on the pricing page.

Payouts are available in the countries where card payments are live. Timing for Denmark, Sweden and Norway is on the payout table. Other countries: we'll confirm timing when you sign up.
