Sales Team Lead, Field Sales

Lead and coach a small team of field sales representatives as we grow across Denmark.

Pay: Commission-based: 12% of aidafi’s revenue from every merchant you sign, uncapped. Contract terms are agreed individually.

Where: Odense, with regular field days in other Danish cities.
Hours: Full-time.

aidafi is building a simple payments platform for businesses. We help merchants take payments, keep track of transactions, get to know their customers and grow, all in one place.

What you’ll do

Hire, train and coach field sales representatives.
Plan areas and weekly routes so the team reaches the right businesses.
Join reps in the field and sell yourself.
Make sure every sale is honest and follows our pricing and conduct rules.
Track results and share what works with the founder.
Work with onboarding so new merchants get a good start.

What we’re looking for

We prefer students and recent graduates — preferred, not required. Experienced applicants are welcome too.
Experience in field sales or direct sales to small businesses.
Experience leading or coaching others.
Structured, fair and calm under pressure.
Danish and English. A driving licence is a plus.

Training and what you’ll sell

Training in your first weeks: aidafi’s products, our pricing, honest selling and how to sign up a merchant.
You’ll sell the Founding Merchants offer for new businesses in Denmark, Sweden and Norway: a 0.99% card rate for the first 6 months, a free move-over and fee credits.
Support from the founder and the onboarding team.
