What you’ll do
- Monitor payments and payouts every day and spot anything unusual.
- Handle disputes with merchants, from collecting evidence to the outcome.
- Process refunds and follow up on them.
- Investigate failed or delayed payments and payouts and get them fixed.
- Work with our payment partners and our engineers on payment issues.
- Write simple guides so issues are handled the same way every time.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in payments operations, banking operations or a similar role.
- Analytical and careful with numbers.
- Calm and structured when things go wrong.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets; SQL is a plus.
- Good written English.
