Merchant Onboarding Specialist

Guide new merchants from signup to their first transaction.

• Where: Cortex Park 26, 5230 Odense, Denmark. On-site.
• Hours: Part-time or full-time, 20–37 hours a week.
• Pay: Fixed pay plus commission for merchants you successfully onboard. Agreed on experience and hours.

What you’ll do

• Guide new merchants through signup, account setup, verification (KYC) and payment setup, all the way to their first transaction.
• Train merchants to use aidafi in their day-to-day business.
• Troubleshoot onboarding problems and make sure they get solved.
• Gather feedback from merchants and share it with the team.
• Build good, lasting relationships with the merchants you onboard.
• Work closely with the team and with our payment partners.

What we’re looking for

• You communicate clearly and are comfortable talking with business owners.
• You’re organised and customer-focused.
• You can work independently and keep up with a startup pace.
• You’re interested in fintech and payments.
• Experience in customer success, onboarding, sales or payments is a plus.
